How are health and fitness related?

Doing this can improve your overall health, reduce your risk of chronic diseases and other health problems, and increase your sense of well-being.

2. Muscular Strength and Endurance – This is a key component of fitness that can help you perform different tasks more effectively. Performing the right amount of exercise can strengthen your muscles and improve your speed, coordination and balance.
3. Flexibility – This is another key component of fitness that can help you perform tasks more effectively. It can help you move your muscles and joints through a wide range of motions, like standing up straight without holding onto objects or twisting your body.
